Do people need to download an app to fill my form?
No. They scan the QR code with their normal phone camera and the form opens in their browser. No downloads, no sign-up.
Can I try QRForms before paying?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card needed. If it is not for you, simply do nothing and the account pauses at the end of the trial.
Does it work on cheap phones and slow internet?
Yes. Our forms are light and load fast, even on a 3G connection. Filling a form uses about the same data as sending a WhatsApp message.
Can I collect M-Pesa payments on my form?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. You can charge for event tickets, orders or services and the money goes straight to your M-Pesa number.
Can I print the QR code?
Of course. Download it as a PNG or PDF and print it on posters, flyers, receipts, badges, table stands or T-shirts. It stays the same, so you can print it once and use it again.
Can I write my form in Swahili?
Yes. You can write your questions and answers in English, Swahili or any other language.
What does the AI do?
It helps in three places. It can draft your form questions from one sentence. It reads your responses and tells you the mood, the common topics and what to fix. And it suggests friendly replies to send back to customers. You always decide what to use.
